LinkedIn|WordPress Application Added

November 5th, 2008

Yes yes..it’s been a long time since I’ve added any kind of post to my site.  I’ll start again very soon with the listing of fun entertaining activities.  I’ve got two cities to choose from now.

In the meanwhile, I just added the new LinkedIn|Wordpress application.  It is super fun that my Fresh is Best posts will now be seen on LinkedIn too.

oh..and How cool was Election Day?  The world just got rocked by Change.

Happy Fall!

Jesus H. Christ and…debut at Mercury Lounge - 02.10.08

February 4th, 2008

Jesus H Christ and the Four Hornsmen of the Apocalypse

LIVE

at Mercury Lounge

Sunday February 10th 9:00 PM

217 E. Houston St. (Corner Ave A & Houston)

Cover: $8

Run with your feet kicking your butt to our debut at the prestigious and (not architecturally) historic Mercury Lounge!!!

Many of you have complained of various things including general depression, poor posture, having “no friends” and not being able to leap around at JHC&TFHotA shows.  Well a portion of your woes are OVER!

This is your chance to rub up against strangers and “mosh,” thereby creating a digestive roux with the falafel that you will doubtlessly eat first, mixed with the bits of fingernail that you have gnawed in anticipation of this show.

And for those differently-abled/willing fans, there are benches along the side and there is tequila so you can marinate in the power and the “glory” while clenching and unclenching your “sitting bones” the way you know you like to do.

Yes - it’s on a Sunday night when there’s nothing on TV due to the writers’ strike (solidarity!) and the boys in the band are free from their humdrum Lincoln Center and Broadway obligations and are free to give themselves fully to you.

Yes, boys and girls.  They’re all going to be here.  (Wink!)

Also on the bill (right after us) is the great David Clement who you will quickly fast track straight to your rock hard heart!

DJ Victory Rose takes over Luna Lounge - 02.09.08
